The St. Louis Business Journal reports John Q. Hammons Hotels opened a new Embassy Suites Hotel in St. Charles Thursday.
The article said the $40 million hotel has 296 suites and 5,500 square feet of meeting space. Hammons is a native of Fairview in Newton County.
