Rebecca Kullie, 40, Joplin, whose husband, Jim John Kullie was beaten to death May 25 with a tire iron, will have a pretrial hearing on DWI and misdemeanor marijuana possession charges July 19 in Jasper County Circuit Court.
Court records indicate Mrs. Kullie was arrested Feb. 10 by the Webb City Police Department. She also faces a felony marijuana possession charge in Jasper County.
The hearing had been postponed last month following the death of Mrs. Kullie's husband. Her brother, Jim Edward Ryan, is charged with the murder and has a hearing scheduled today in Barton County Circuit Court.
