Jim Edward Ryan, 42, Lamar, was bound over for trial on charges of first degree murder and armed criminal action following a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Barton County Circuit Court.
Ryan is charged with beating his brother-in-law, Jim John Kullie, to death with a tire iron in Lamar Heights on May 25. Ryan's arraignment in the general division is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, July 18.
