Walton reported no problems before crash

The National Transportation Safety Board report on the plane crash that killed Wal-Mart heir John Walton June 27 said he had been in radio contact shortly before the crash and did not indicate that he had any problems, according to an Associated Press article.
Walton was preparing to land at the Jackson Hole Airport in Grand Teton National Park when witnesses said his plane went into a steep descent, then crashed just short of the runway, the article said.
