All right. I really don't have any idea how long he has been there, but it was news to me when I discovered that former Joplin Globe sportswriter Craig Hull is now working for the Joplin Sports Authority with the Joplin Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Hull was one of the few Globe sportswriters who actually worked as much on the writing end of the job as on the sports end.

Speaking of Globe sports, I noticed in the Sunday classifieds The Globe is looking for stringers to write football this fall.
