It can happen to anybody.
This time was the victim of a car theft was State Senator Carl Vogel, R-Jefferson City, who left his keys in his car and someone took advantage of the opportunity. Vogel, as regular Turner Report readers know is the senator who added former State Representative Bubs Hohulin to his staff after term limits ended Hohulin's tenure.
