Yesterday's Turner Report featured a story on an 2006 court date for former Stone County jailer Michael Blumenthal, who is being sued by an inmate with whom he allegedly had sex.
The criminal case has been moved to Dade County and is set for trial Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, according to Dade County Circuit Court records. Details of the charges can be found in the Sept. 13 blog entry.
