Area representatives Kevin Wilson, R-Neosho, Ed Emery, R-Lamar, Bryan Stevenson, R-Webb City, and Senator Gary Nodler, R-Joplin, each reported receiving $19 in gifts from lobbyists during August, according to disclosure forms filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
All of the gifts were for meals, food and beverage were received Aug. 11 from Stephen C. Knorr, at that time lobbyist for the University of Missouri System. According to Ethics Commission records, Knorr now only represents the University of Missouri at Columbia.
Either reporting no lobbyist gifts or not filing their reports yet were the three Republican state representatives from Joplin, Steve Hunter, Ron Richard, and Marilyn Ruestman.
