KY3 and UPN 15 in Springfield will continue to be seen on Cox Communications cable systems in Branson, Monett, and Aurora, according to a story on the KY3 website.
Station owners were following in the footsteps of Nexstar Broadcasting, which owns KSFX in operates KOLR in Springfield, as well as owning KSNF and operating KODE in Joplin. The Nexstar Joplin stations recently ended a year-long battle with Cable One over retransmission rights.
