Another day has passed with no mention in the Joplin Globe of the awards won by staff writers Jeff Lehr, Ryan Malashock, Derek Spillman and Jim Fryar and former staff writer Jeff Wells at the annual Missouri Associated Press Managing Editors (APME) contest.
Apparently, good news about the Joplin Globe isn't considered news at all by its editors.

The Globe editors don't consider any good news to be news.
Unless your name is Kennedy, the Globe doesn't care ... Simpson and Stark have been trying to get rid of Jeff Lehr for years, so it must really burn them up to have a story praising him. WTG, Lehr!
