Federal kidnapping charges have been filed against Richard Davis and Dena Riley, who have been referred to as "America's Most Wanted Couple."
The charges were filed Friday and were in connection with the kidnapping of a five-year-old from Arcadia, Kan. Davis and Riley were arrested by the Barton County Sheriff's Department a few days after they went on the run following a videotaped murder of a Kansas City woman.
The couple allegedly confessed to another murder.
