Hollinger name change approved by shareholders

Hollinger, Inc., will cease to exist, making way for Sun-Times Media Group, Inc., thanks to actions taken by shareholders Tuesday.
The company has been beset with unfavorable publicity ever since charges were filed against former CEO Conrad Black, charging him with looting the company. The Chicago Sun-Times is Sun-Times Media's biggest newspaper.
Hollinger was the former owner of The Carthage Press and Neosho Daily News before selling the newspapers to Liberty Group Publishing in 1998.
