Former Lamar businessman Kirk Davisson, 46, will be arraigned 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Vernon County Circuit Court in Nevada on charges of invasion of privacy of multiple individuals and receiving stolen property.
Davisson, who a reader informs me at one time was Sheldon city marshal, also faces similar charges stemming from a tanning salon he operated in Butler. A bench trial is scheduled for him Sept. 14 in Bates County Circuit Court.
Bates County court records indicate Davisson has pleaded guilty to similar charges in the past.
Davisson at one time owned Taco Palace in Lamar.
