That is nice for him that he makes so much money while the La-Z-Boy
laborers, "actual workers", make peanuts by working their tails off. In my opinion La-Z-Boy "management" at our local plant makes for terrible working conditions under the directions of the operations manager, the H.R. Department (who I keep hearing cannot even pay insurance premiums that has been held out of paychecks-some keep getting EOB's stating that the insurance wasn't in effect at the time used virtually telling us that the premium wasn't paid on time by La-Z-Boy although it was held out of the paychecks), and even some of our not so fine department managers. I wish all of these "management" people would get replaced with someone interested in not working people to the bone, doing the job they were hired to do (instead of their own agendas), and RESPECTING the workers that make their pockets bigger. Working 50-60+ hours a week, including every week-end and then having to spend any "bonus event" that is given to us to spend with our families with the management also being included and lurking around with their families stinks. I think management gets their bonuses by being off week-ends, having their little office parties, profit sharing and many have additional "perks" we won't mention on here.

Management at the plants have become as in-bred as the management at headquarters. Down here in MS they sent the son of a founder to run the place after he got caught getting perks from the office workers at the headquarters. Left his family and everything to come to this metropolis. On top of that they are handing him big incentives to work here and make our lives miserable while he drives big cars and lives in fancy houses. Taking the living from us and not even putting in the hours we do. Even if they replace the management who you have working for you, they will probably just put another cousin or uncle in place. Their pockets get deeper we get everything taken away.

Yea, I know the guy your talking about. Heard the perks were the women up there, and I hear he is doing it here too. Not enough that they give him big bucks to make our lives terrible, but he has to come down here and make our lives a living hell. We will be lucky if they don't close the doors and send the work to China. If they have to keep him they should send him there to
