Skelton: Sexual misconduct by recruiters must stop

More than 80 instances of sexual misconduct by military recruiters have been reported, according to an Associated Press investigation, and Fourth District Congressman Ike Skelton says it's time the nonsense stopped.
Skelton says he will attempt to have a hearing of the House Armed Services Committee on the subject and that penalties for the misconduct should be increased.
