KODE wasted no time adding a photo of new 5, 6, and 10 p.m. anchor Lauren Hieger to its website.
Unfortunately, it has yet to update her biography. I am sure that will happen quickly, but until then KODE viewers who want to find out more about their new anchor can read the following:

Guys, she's not with KSNF any more; she's the anchor at KODE. And as everyone knows those are two separate and distinct stations.

have you ever seen a more incompetent piece of work than the KODE website. it looks like it's updated once a month with news, there's zero sports. try looking up the southern girl or the other new guy, and apparently they dont work there. and now there new "face" touts how much she loves a DIFFERENT station.
goodness, a 55+ year old bald teacher runs a better website than a media conglomerate...kudos to randy.

Hot? Not quite. Thank goodness she is no longer teamed with Meredith Mitchell. That combination was so ugly it made me cry in pain.

KODE is the best shop to work in in that market. She is taking a step up. KSN has the ratings but KODE has always cared about the product more.
That's why the last anchor quit. She wasn't interested in doing KSN's work for it.
Do a poll and see how much KSN shoots that ends up on KODE. Then see how much KODE breaks that KSN glams onto.

For those keeping a poll, KSN has given KODE 4 stories, and KSN got 1 from them. Sure seems slanted to me.

She may be one of the nicest people I'll never meet. But that doesn't change the fact that her nose looks like Joe Frazier's after the Trilla in Manilla.
You people are just mean. Lauren looks fine.... this photo is not too flattering. They need to have a professional photo taken of her.
Lauren is a very pretty young lady so back off. I can only imagine what you look like and it isn't pretty.
As for noses, Tiffany has one of the biggest noses ...don't hear you talking about hers. Don't turn her sideways for goodness sakes!
I defy anyone to look at that photo and call that girl attractive. She may be nice and sweet and friendly and she may listen to other girls problems and she may be gracious as she passes other more experienced girls in both news departments. She may be professional and a good writer and have a good voice.
But you cannot look at that picture and say she is attractive.
Stop lying.
Does it take attractive to be a good anchor? Not for me. If it did a lot of the men anchors and Tiffany sure wouldn't be in the business they are. And yes, I do believe she is a pretty girl. I don't personally know her but she does a great job and her personality on air is professional (which is a great relief from KSN Tiffany and Gary). I really wish they would have replaced Tiffany with her and gave Jim a quality person to work with. Then gave Bandy the boot and brought back Ken Ford.....heck he was better than Bandy but then again everyone else is and has been.
