Hospital embezzler's payment hearing postponed for sixth time

A payment hearing for convicted Barton County Memorial Hospital embezzler Kimberly Schlup, originally scheduled for today, has been postponed until Feb. 9, according to court records. This is the sixth time the hearing has been postponed.
Ms. Schlup, 42, the former hospital finance director, entered an Alford plea, meaning she was not pleading guilty, but conceding that there was enough evidence to convict her if the case went to trial.
She was ordered to pay back $100,085 and to pay $46 in court costs. Court records do not show any payments on either the restitution or the fine.

What is the deal?! Get to it already. Wonder if she has to pay it back with interest? Seems like the more she postpones the more interest should be racked up.

I don't believe interest is charged.

miss bezzler is a piece of work. Why is her hearing allowed to be postponed so many times? There should be some type of intervention that requires her to show up and accept her responsibility. She needs to have her wages garnished. She is working and making good money with all of her false credintials and fake degrees. Her employer is so in the dark, she makes them look stupid.
