Opening testimony set for Monday in strip club murder trial

Opening testimony in the capital murder trial of Richard Tabler, 27, Killeen, Texas, is scheduled for Monday in Bell County, Texas, District Court.
Tabler is one of two men charged with committing the November 2004 murders of two men and two women connected with Teazers, a Killeen strip club.
The other man charged in the trial, Timothy Doan Payne, a soldier at Fort Hood at the time, and a 2004 graduate of East Newton High School, will face trial when Tabler's trial is completed. The death penalty is not on the table for Payne.

It is now Sunday and Randy hasn't updated since Friday. This pattern occurs often and suggests that Turner only updates from School computers on school time. What a misuse of public time and money if that is the case!

In fact, this pattern rarely occurs, therefore it is not a pattern. I do not blog on school time. And before you make a bigger fool out of yourself and say something about the times I posted during this past week...the Joplin R-8 schools were on spring break. However, I have a feeling you already know that and are simply one of those people who figure if you tell a lie often enough, eventually someone will believe it.
