For the past couple of years, The Turner Report has detailed the remarkable lobbying career of Governor Matt Blunt's brother Andrew.
Documents posted Sunday on the Missouri Ethics Commission website indicate Andrew Blunt has continued his unmatched record of landing some of the biggest clients available and then not spending a single cent to lobby the legislature. Andrew Blunt has not spent a cent for lobbying in Missouri since his brother became governor in January 2005. How does he hold on to those clients with seemingly such little effort?
I guess it all depends on who you know.
