Leggett shareholders to vote on sexual discrimination proposal


Leggett & Platt shareholders are scheduled to vote on a sexual discrimination proposal when the annual meeting is held Wednesday in Carthage.
The proposal is being submitted by Walden Management, a minority shareholder. Leggett officials are recommending a no vote on the proposal.
The proposal and its response were featured in the March 29 Turner Report.
