Castle Doctrine law goes into effect
For those who celebrate such things, Missouri's unnecessary Castle Doctrine law goes into effect today.
Far from unnecessary, Missouri's new Castle Doctrine is one of those rarest of laws....one that actually WAS necessary, and takes a unique direction in government in acknowledging MORE liberties of citizens, rather than less.
