Daily: Governor to speak in Neosho at 4:30

In the wake of Sunday's triple killing at the First Congregational Church of Neosho, Missouri Governor Matt Blunt will be at the Newton County Sheriff's Department in Neosho and will speak at 4:30 p.m., according to the Neosho Daily News.
