Cooper sentencing delayed one week

The sentencing of former Rep. Nathan Cooper, R-Cape Girardeau, on immigration fraud charges, originally scheduled for Friday, Oct. 19, has been pushed back one week to Friday, Oct. 26, according to an order filed today in U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
In a motion filed last week, Cooper had asked for a 30-day delay.
