The sentencing date for former Rep. Nathan Cooper, R-Cape Girardeau, which had been scheduled for Nov. 21, will now be held Dec. 10, according to an order filed today in U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Assistant U. S. Attorney James Crowe filed a motion for a continuance Wednesday.
