Chalk up another one for Missouri's first lobbyist Andrew Blunt.
According to documents posted Saturday on the Missouri Ethics Commission website, Blunt did not spend a cent for his clients, a streak he has held since the beginning of his brother, Matt Blunt's tenure as governor.
Somehow Andrew Blunt keeps getting the job done and making sure his clients' interests are represented.

What is the mystery here? Clearly the brother of the governor has his brother's ear. Why would he NEED to lavish gifts when he is a blood relative?!?
Randy publishes this all the time and I have yet to understand what nefarious scheming he envisions...
Here is the mystery. Randy attacks all the other lobbyists for any spending on legislators , even buying a meal, yet he attacks Blunt for not doing it. The mystery is whether Randy has a brain at all, if so it is too small to find! So I propose a new game, lets check this thing daily to see if we can find any evidence that Randy is thinking, has ever thought, or ever will think. Then we can decide if he had a brain at all or it is just too small to be recognized.
