Bond hearing set for pastor accused of sex crimes

An 8:30 a.m. Tuesday bond hearing is scheduled for Randall Danny Russell, 49, pastor of ACTS II Church in Neosho, who is charged with statutory rape, statutory sodomy, and child abuse in connection with an ongoing sexual relationship with an underaged girl, according to the Newton County Sheriff's Department.
