Four States Home Page: Tornadoes kill 14



The devastating tornadoes that ripped through this area have killed at least 14, according to the latest report on Four States Home Page:

Mass destruction and devastation has made its way across the four states today. We have reports of at least fourteen deaths across the area and countless more injuries. Newton County Sheriff Ken Copeland has confirmed six people are dead after a dangerous tornado swept through the area. He says there have been numerous injuries reported, from minor to severe. The storms blew several vehicles off the road, and homes and businesses are completely damaged and destroyed. The hardest hit area was near highway 43 and Iris road. Copeland says the damage area is a mile wide and is eight to ten miles long
