An ex parte order of protection has been entered against Randall Russell, pastor of the Acts II Church in Neosho.
An 8:30 a.m. May 21 hearing is scheduled on a motion for a full order of protection, according to court records.
Russell is charged with statutory rape, statutory sodomy, and child abuse in connection with an ongoing sexual relationship with an underaged girl, according to the Newton County Sheriff's Department. An 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 6, bond hearing is scheduled.
