Arraignment for Neosho kindergarten teacher Debra Scott, charged with six misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Monday in Newton County Circuit Court.
Ms. Scott allegedly drove six teenagers to a home in Diamond July 16 where they committed acts of vandalism, including leaving dead armadillos and a toilet in the yard.
