State Tressurer Sarah Steelman has narrowed Kenny Hulshof's statewide lead to 69 votes, 31,822 to 31,753, according to totals supplied by the secretary of state's office.
The lead is one tenth of one percent, 47.2 to 47.1.
Less than 10 percent of the vote has been counted.
