A new video released by the Missouri Democratic Party asks Republican gubernatorial candidate Kenny Hulshof the question- "Where is your health care plan?"
The video shows Hulshof giving a February speech in which he said he would reveal his health care plan in the near future, then notes that 26 weeks have passed and no plan has been offered:
