Neosho kindergarten teacher Debra Scott, facing six counts of endangering the welfare of a child, was arraigned in Newton County Circuit Court this morning. A pre-trial conference has been scheduled for 10 a.m. Sept. 3.
Ms. Scott allegedly drove six teenagers to Diamond July 21 where they trashed a yard, leaving dead armadillos, a toilet, and other items.
