The pundits are talking about Bill Clinton's speech, but watch Biden tonight

The excitement at night three of the Democratic National Convention centers around former President Bill Clinton's speech, but Clinton's speech is not the one in which I am the most interested.

I fully expect Sen Joe Biden, the vice presidential candidate, to provide the most memorable speech tonight. Biden is an old fashioned orator who has been delivering rousing speeches for decades and who has a knack for rising to the occasion.

Clinton, has delivered some powerful speeches, but he has been inconsistent, and has an occasion to ramble on for too long.
