Tuesday hearing for accused Rowan Ford killer doubtful

The next hearing for accused child murderer Chris Collings is set for 11 a.m. Tuesday in Barry County Circuit Court, but it may not take place.
Collings' new attorney, public defender Janice Zembles, has filed a motion for continuance, according to court records. Though the case.net records do not indicate a reason for the motion, Ms. Zembles just took over the case today and likely needs time to get up to speed.

Collings, 34, Wheaton, and David Wesley Spears, 25, Stella, are charged with the first degree murder and forcible rape of nine-year-old Rowan Ford.
