After Joe Biden stressed the need for relief for the middle class and increases only for the wealthiest of citizens, Sarah Palin said the Obama plan would have a disastrous effect on small businesses.
Biden responded that not giving Exxon another $4 billion tax cut, is "not redistribution, it's fairness."
