"I am opposed to Prop A," Kenny Hulshof said. The identification requirements for gamblers, which would be removed, are important for law enforcement, he said.
Nixon said "I support continuing the $500 loss limit."
Both men returned to the education issue with Hulshof claiming his plan would not take money from public education and Nixon saying it would and decrying "experiments to give money to private schools."
Nixon again stressed his support for public school teachers. Hulshof apparently does not think teachers deserve any positive mention.
