NASGA (National Association to STOP Guardian Abuse) has been following this important case.

Unlawful and abusive guardianships are a growing national epidemic. Guardians and their attorneys are getting rich by exploiting the very people they are supposed to be protecting.

This in America? You bet.

We've got to stop it. No one is safe. Any vulnerable person is a target - our parents, grandparents -- even our children.

Visit NASGA at www.StopGuardianAbuse.org and our blog http://NASGA-StopGuardianAbuse.blogspot.com for more information and victims' stories.
