I have had a number of people e-mail or send me information on Facebook telling me the Catholic Church in Lamar burned to the ground. The photo accompanying this post came from Lamar Chat, and was originally posted on Facebook. More photos can be found at this link.
I am told that the Fellowship Hall was not damaged.
