With studies released recently showing that texting while driving is just as dangerous as drinking while driving, the Missouri legislature's just restricting those under 21 from texting seems to be just a baby step toward solving the problem. Distracted driving is a very serious topic and not one that will be solved by legislation and education alone. Check out how http://www.zoomsafer.com is attacking the problem by making safe driving fun and still allowing users to stay connected with friends, family and social networks.
This is the stupidest law I have ever heard of. Are you magically more talented at looking at your phone to text and not the road at 22? Nobody should text and drive, why just pick on the under 21 crow. BTW I am 41 and I do text and drive from time to time, but I should not.
