Jasper County Judge David Dally will preside over the case of Garrett Matthew Mason, Nevada, who is charged with the May 25 murders of Nevada High School students Annie Reed, 18, and Kylie Leyva, 14.
The Missouri Supreme Court assigned the case to Dally today.
