In light of the strange, unpredictable symptoms shown by City Manager Jan Blase after contact with mold spores, including lack of balance around city funds, Neosho Forums members are planning to distribute masks tonight to protect those who attend the City Council meeting.
The site administrator says, "We urge everyone at the meeting to wear adequate protection tomorrow night to help reduce your exposure to mold spores."
A later comment notes the masks will be available at the door.
