Retired billionaire Rex Sinquefield, the state's leading proponent of educational vouchers, is continuing his spending spree, dropping $25,000 into the House Republican Campaign Committee Friday, according to a 48-hour report filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
Sinquefield has contributed more than half a million dollars to favored candidates and political committees in 2009.
