Top Missouri GOP members use Jetton's consulting firm

The next few days will either see a flurry of politicians quickly distancing themselves from former Speaker of the House Rod Jetton, who has been charged with felony assault, or taking a cautious wait-and-see approach.

Jetton, who runs the political consutlng firm, Jetton & Associates, has an all-star client list, including House Majority Leader Steve Tilley, who will become Speaker of the House if the Republicans still hold the majority after November 2010, House Majority Whip Brian Nieves, Senate Appropriations Commitee Chairman Rob Mayer, senators Jason Crowell and Luann Ridgeway, and representatives Sue Allen, Tim Jones, Rob Schaaf, Shelley Keeney, Rick Stream and Shane Schoeller.

Senate appropriations Chair Rob Mayer is not a client of Rod Jetton and has not been for some time.
