Richard, Seventh District hopefuls to speak at Dade County event

Speaker of the House Ron Richard, R-Joplin, will be among the speakers at the Dade/Barton County Lincoln Day Dinner Saturday, March 20. The following news release was issued:

The Dade-Barton County Lincoln Day Dinner and Rally is set for Saturday March 20,2010 at the Lockwood Missouri American Legion Building at 5;00pm.Expected to be present are candidates for the U S Congress District 4 Alan Icet GOP candidiate fro Missouri State Auditor, Ron Richard candidate for the Missouri State Senate Seat District 32 which includes Dade Jasper and Newston Counties. Ed Emery, Larry Wilson and Mike Parson candidates for the Missouri State Senate Seat District 28, Mike Kelly, David Jerome and Bill Savard all candidates for the 126 th district Missouri House of Representatives.
County candidates in Dade and Barton counties will also be present.
The event was started in 1974 and was first held at the Red Barn Resturant in Greenfield and then included Cedar County. Cedar County will be holding thier rally at 7;00pm the same night. Tickets to the event can be purchased from Maxine Rader in Lamar, Fred Lemons in Lockwood or Bob Jackson in Greenfield. Cost is $ 15.
