The suppression hearing on the confession of the stepfather of nine-year-old Triway Elementary student, Rowan Ford, who was raped and murdered, continued yesterday. A portion of the confession and arguments from both sides are presented in this KY3 video. The judge made no decision:

Wouldn't it be nice if our local media would cover this! If it weren't for your blog giving us Springfield's coverage, we would have no idea of what is happening on this case.
