Rupp continues to pull in money in Second District Senate race

Incumbent Sen. Scott Rupp continues to attract money in his GOP primary battle against Rep. Cynthia Davis, R-O'Fallon.

A 24-hour report filed today with the Missouri Ethics Commission shows Rupp received $4,500 Friday- $2,500 from Forest Hills Properties LLC, Union; and $2,000 from Liberty Mutual, Scheumburg, Ill.

Second quarter reports filed earlier this month showed Rupp with a considerable lead over Mrs. Davis, raising $72,400 in the preceding three months to $48,374 (including a $26,000 loan from herself) for Mrs. Davis.
