How'd Joplin Fuse know?

What respect I had for Steelman is now gone. She has clearly lost her mind.

Sarah never was the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree...she can kiss away any hope of a political future

Looks like Billy is getting his money's worth out of his campaign manager Jeff Roe's connections. Isn't it interesting that he worked on the campaigns for both Huckabee and Steelman? Hmmmm...I wonder if any favors are being collected right now.

She's a hotty. But, politically, she is getting desperate.

She is sucking up to Roy Blunt and the remenants of his organization; to Billy Long and the big donors in Greene County; and, Lincoln Hough? (what the hell for is beyond me).

All of this is laying the groundwork to run for U.S. Senate next time around.

I hope she runs after first having to visit the butt-kissing line after Goodman wins.

How did Ei-I-Ei-O know about the Steelman-to-be-featured-at-a-reception-for-long? Boy that was hard to type!

It was on the invitation sent to the Highland Springs crowd. Duhh!

Ei-I is a pretty sharp kid but he has no magic powers. Don't get to excited and soil yourself.

There is a consultant named Roe,

Who is known as a political 'ho',

His clients include, Steelman, Huckabee and, oh.....

The politician in denial, Billy-O

Is this what you mean about remnants of the Blunt organization?

remnants; plural of rem·nant (Noun)
1. A small remaining quantity of something.

Political Inbreeding by relatives, within dynasties, embeds corruption, history adds. “Go to friends for advice, women for love, ...

This whole Jeff Roe, James Harris, Billy Long, Sarah Steelman, Mike Huckabee, Roy Blunt, Jack Goodman thing is nothing more than political inbreeding.

Let's keep the dynasties in political office because.......they deserve it????

Billy Long does not have the intellect, nor the character we need to help us out of this mess. All he has is money and endorsements of people that have obviously never met him, and have no clue what a putz they are pimping. We will all end up looking like buffoons if we send one to Washington. GOODMAN IS THE OBVIOUS CHOICE, and if the establishment isn't onboard with his nomination that is a good sign to me.

You want me to cast my vote for a 36-year-old political wannabe with a young family to move to Washington D.C.?

That would be the most insensitive vote I could cast with the problems facing the United States today.

Which of the group have proven they will work day and night to full-fill the duties of this office?

Looks to me like Moore, Long, Nodler, and Moon have worked the hardest in their lives to get things done within their chosen fields.

But this is government and only two have the experience we need in our Congressman; Moore and Nodler.

Goodman is laying claim to the collective work of many others. I really do not appreciate that in any person, be it politicians, sports figures, or....anyone.

Run him down all you want to but Billy Long has some horsepower.

You get Hancock, Huckabee and Steelman endorsements and you have the right to crow a little bit.

Apparently he talked to these people and they saw something in him that they believe in. Nothing wrong with that.

Also impressive is how Billy simply let longiswrong.com run it's course and this Goodman backed blogger (via Miles Ross his campaign manager and Lucas Case his ???????) has faded away.

People interested in having a weekly paycheck and working hard to make something of their lives can relate to Billy Long, Michael Wardell,Gary Nodler,Jeff Wisdom and Darrell Moore.

Businessmen interested in having a successful business, making a profit and employing people can relate to Billy Long, Michael Wardell and Gary Nodler.

Farmers who suffer through low market prices, droughts and snow drifts to feed us can relate to Billy Long and Mike Moon.

Is Billy Long rich and successful? Damn right as a result of hard work.

If you want to vote for someone who has had it given to him, vote for Goodman, nice guy but another average attorney. Washington has more attorneys per capita than any other location on earth.

Go back to Rolla and take that goofy brother with you.

Amen 8:07! Great post!

Observers don't be fooled by all of the anti-Long rhetoric among the commenters on this blog. That's to be expected if you knew how often Nodler and his cabal posted here.

I'm starting to hear some loyal but not as influential Republicans consider Jeff Wisdom. He looked good at the Joplin debate and has a TV ad coming out.

Billy Long has little self control. It shows in his tremendous girth and his gambling addiction. He is a simple minded man obviously of weak will. NOT the kind of person we need to stand up the socialists that are ruining this country. Billy lives a life of privilege most of us not dare dream of, if you think he really gives a rats ass about you or your problems you are delusional. Billy cares about Billy and that is all. People that deal with him in real life know that. The rest of you are falling for rehearsed "witticisms" and folksy persona that has nothing to do with legislating. We need some SMART people to stop this socialist agenda.
