Cynthia Davis grabs lead in Second DIstrict Senate race

With eight of 93 precincts, reporting, Rep. Cynthia Davis, O"Fallon has grabbed a slim lead over incumbent Scott Rupp in the Second District State Senate GOP primary.

Mrs Davis has 943 votes or 51.1 percent, to 901 votes, 48.9 percent for Rupp.
