The trial attorney doesn't know what he's talking about. The fiscal note has no impact on whether or not the bill would have a hearing. All bill in our legislative process in jefferson city receive a hearing. Bills with a fiscal note over $100,000 are statutorily referred to the Committee on Governmental Accountability and Fiscal Oversight (GAFO) giving them an additional hearing based solely on the financial impact of the bill and not on the intrinsic merits of the bill.

Randy...I'm having a problem with the YouTube videos imbedded in your page. When I view them, only about the left two thirds of the video is on screen. Anything that you know of that would fix this?

You might try clicking on the YouTube logo. That will take you directly to the video as it is on that site and you should be able to see it there.

Soo, 9:12, Instead of taking the 15 minute drive to the Kansas state line you've been going to Springfield? because last I checked there were no strip clubs in Missouri southwest of Springfield..
