With approximately 35 percent of the vote counted. former Rep. Vicky Hartzler is holding a narrow lead over Sen. Bill Stouffer in the battle to face Democratic incumbent Ike Skelton in the Fourth Congressional District.
Ms Hartzler has 36 percent of the vote to 34 percent for Stouffer.
